You make a strong first impression and an unhurried second one, since there is not much more to discover — what you are is what arrived. The usual misreading is that your warmth is personal. It is real, but it falls on everyone, and someone who thought they were being singled out can feel quietly demoted when they notice.
When it gets hard. Under pressure you go brighter before you go out. You take on more, reassure more, push harder, and you do not register the cost until it has already happened. Your low points are steeper than people expect because nobody saw the drop coming, including you. Recovery, for you, means actual dark and actual silence — not a quieter kind of company.
You do your best work when the work is visible, the audience is real, and you get genuine dark to recover in.
