A saju chart has eight characters. This is what it means when the one standing for you — the upper character of the day — is this one.
You commit slowly and then do not move. People read you as principled, and sometimes as immovable — both are fair. You take on responsibility without being asked and carry it without mentioning it. What you build tends to outlast you, because you were never in a hurry with it.
How you land. You come across as solid and slightly unhurried, and people take you seriously before you have done anything to earn it. What gets misread is the pace: because you do not react quickly, others assume you have not noticed or do not mind. You noticed. You are working out whether it is worth the years it would cost to address, and most things are not.
When it gets hard. Under pressure you dig in. Your instinct is to absorb and continue rather than adapt, and that is genuinely the right answer more often than it should be — you outlast problems that were waiting for you to flinch. The failure mode is the one time flexibility was the answer and you treated bending as a defeat. You rarely break loudly; you break all at once, after a long time of not saying anything.
You do your best work when you are given a long horizon and left to grow into it your own way.

- You change your mind late, and usually only under real pressure
- You treat a change of plan as going back on your word
- You carry things silently until they become a problem
